How do I place an order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are handled within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery time of 4–8 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

How long does a refund take?
