1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Support@rebel-chic.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (credit or debit card) within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount (unless faulty)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at Support@rebel-chic.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@rebel-chic.shop.
